1. Who we are

2. Inquiries and bookings
An inquiry sent through our website, by phone, WhatsApp or email is not yet a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed the tour, date, time, number of people and price with you directly.
If you book through a third-party platform such as GetYourGuide, you book under that platform's terms, and you are responsible for following them. Its payment, change and cancellation rules apply to your booking.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are on request. We send you a personal quote for your tour, date and group size before you book.
We do not process any payments through this website. How and when you pay for a direct booking is agreed with you when we confirm it. Bookings worth more than €700 require a 30% deposit (see section 4). Payments for bookings made on third-party platforms are handled by those platforms.
4. Changes and cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. You can cancel a direct booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
Bookings worth more than €700. For a booking with a total value above €700, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the price is required, paid at least 20 days before the tour. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded.
Bookings made on third-party platforms follow those platforms' change and cancellation rules. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible.
Our tours take place outdoors. If weather or trail conditions make a tour unsafe, we will contact you about the options.
5. Group and private tours
On a group tour you join other guests at a set time.
On a private tour you have a guide or driver only for your group, nobody else joins your tour, and you choose the time. A private tour does not close the area: other people who are not part of your tour, such as other tours, companies or independent explorers, may be at the same places. A buggy tour is always private.
6. Requirements for driving a quad (ATV)
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must hold a valid category T driving licence (included with a category B car licence) and bring it with you.
- You must bring a valid ID card or passport.
Guests who do not meet these requirements cannot drive a quad. They can ride in our buggy, which is always driven by our professional driver.
Category T is automatically included with a category B (car) driving licence.
Children aged 4 and over are welcome to take part as passengers. We supply kid-size helmets.
7. Safety and your responsibilities
- Wear the helmet and protective gear we provide for the whole ride.
- Follow the instructions given before the ride and the directions of our guide or driver during the tour.
- Do not drive or ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects your ability to drive.
- Tell us before the tour about any health condition that could affect your ability to take part safely.
- Stay on the route and at the pace set by the guide.
Our guide or driver may stop a participant from driving if they do not meet the requirements above or if continuing would put them or others at risk.
8. Insurance and damage to vehicles
All our vehicles are insured. The driver and the passenger are liable for any damage to the vehicle they use during the tour.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your booking applies. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
